Refund policy

Digital Download and Ebook No Refund Policy

Effective immediately upon purchase, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

We sell digital goods, including ebooks and other downloadable materials, that are delivered electronically and made available to the customer immediately or shortly after payment is completed. Due to the digital nature of these products, and because access is granted instantly, we maintain a strict no refund, no return, no exchange, and no cancellation policy on all digital purchases.

Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, we cannot revoke access, verify non-use, or recover the distributed file. For that reason, no refunds will be granted for any digital order, including cases where the customer:

  • No longer wants the product
  • Purchased by mistake
  • Did not fully read the listing or product description
  • Expected something different than what was clearly stated
  • Is dissatisfied with the format, style, presentation, or subjective value of the content
  • Experiences issues related to their own device, software, internet connection, or user setup
  • Fails to download or save the file after delivery

All customers are expected to review product information carefully before completing their purchase. By placing an order through our Shopify store, you confirm that you understand you are purchasing a digital product and that you agree to waive any expectation of a refund, return, exchange, or cancellation except where required by applicable law.

If a customer does not receive their file due to a confirmed technical delivery issue, they must contact us within a reasonable time so we may review the issue and attempt to provide access to the purchased product. Our obligation in such cases is limited to reasonable delivery support only. We reserve the right to determine whether an issue is related to file delivery or customer-side error.

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our store and purchase of digital products constitutes acceptance of this policy.
